The fee also covers the cost of all Consulates, Embassy, and other documentation work such as visas and other amenities for workers like transport, medical, air passage, and accommodation.

Recruitment Procedures

At Naukri Worldwide, we help you every step of the way, with up-to-date information and advice from our staff of expert recruiters.

The recruiting process of our company takes place by signing an agreement between the employer and Naukri worldwide by stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower worldwide.

Employers Demand Letter

The employer /Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of Naukri worldwide recruitment agency stating the job categories, number of workers required per category, monthly salary, duration of contract, and other amenities for workers such as air passage, medical, transport, accommodation, food vacation & leave salary, etc.

Letter Of Authority

After the demand letter, the second step is to issue a letter of authority that should be in the favour of Naukri Worldwide recruitment agents by the employer / addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy to inform them that Nakuri Worldwide is their recruiting agent to fully authorized to deal with submissions and delivery, all visa matters, with the said Embassy.

Agreement Of Employment

This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Selection – Test – Interview

We prefer the selection process either by practical test or oral test, which will be conducted under the direction of the authorized representative. We arrange his/her accommodation, transport, and all other support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of the worker, we normally do it with our team of knowledgeable recruitment experts.

Documents required for attestation are as follows

Offer Letter: the candidate must have a letter of job offer from the employer and recruitment agency

The letter must not be older than 6 months.

Passport copy & additional: ID (Passport/ Country of Origin Identity Card /PAN Card/Voter ID/Adhaar Card).

Visa letter/Iqama

If the applicant is working in Saudi Arabia then an Iqama copy and “Still working letter” on the company’s letterhead attested by the Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia is also required.

Original Degree

submission to the respective embassy, the degree must be attested by, the Department of Higher Education of the respective state, in the country of residence

University Verification

We/candidate shall obtain a letter from the University concerned stating that his/her degree is genuine

Technical Trade Test

Trade tests are conducted for all technical personnel such as technicians, electricians, welders, plumbers, and mechanics.

• We use technical institutes equipped with the finest workshop facilities for these trade tests
• Heavy-duty operators are tested on project sites.
• Trade tests are also conducted for Civil / Mechanical / Marine Engineers.
• Trade tests for carpenters are conducted at The Government Carpentry School and workshops attached to major engineering corporations.

Consulate Formalities

On receipt of Visa Documents, Passports, and other required documents from candidates, these are then presented to the designated consulate for Visa stamping

Application For Visa

For the selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer.

• Invitation letter for the recruitment position - job concerned
• Original Contract for temporary work under the applicant’s name signed by the sponsoring company and the applicant.
• The work period shown in the contract should match the period in the visa period; the contracts should be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce concerned.
• Original degrees that have been duly attested by the concerned authorities.
• Certificate showing at least 2 years prior work experience in a similar/related field of work stamped from the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
• If the letter is from an overseas company, it should be stamped by the Embassy concerned in that country.
• Four-passport size colour photographs 2x2 (inches) with white background.
• Original passport: Applicant should have an original passport valid for at least 2 years minimum and have two blank pages facing each other (along with old & expired passport if any).

After the selection of the candidates, we send them for a medical check-up in authorized medical centres in the respective candidates' country.

Further, we seek endorsement from the Government authorities ensuring you as a healthy employee.

Travel And Ticketing Arrangements

We assume complete responsibility for the candidate, taking care of the minute details, for the benefit of both, our client as well as the candidate. With our networking and suitable tie-ups, we arrange for to and fro tickets as necessary, accommodation, and all the required paperwork. We also obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the concerned Government Department for all candidates.
