Naukriworldwide Recruitment and Consulting Agency operates globally providing overseas employment.

All candidates should understand and acknowledge that the vacancies advertised on the Website will be subject to local recruitment and employment legislation in the country where the job is based.

Naukri Worldwide or any of our employees or affiliates will be liable for any kind of damages howsoever arising including, without limitation, loss of profits, compensatory, consequential, direct, exemplary, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special, damages or any liability which you may have to a third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Naukri worldwide shall satisfy itself as to the suitability of any Candidate applying for jobs on this website.

Our Obligations

Naukri worldwide agency shall introduce at least one (where need is more than one person) suitable person to meet the requirements of the Client for each Vacancy.

Employment Agency shall use reasonable endeavours to ascertain that the information provided by the Employment Agency to the Client in respect of the Candidate is accurate.

Employment Agency accepts no responsibility in respect of matters outside its knowledge and Client must satisfy itself as to the suitability of the Candidate.

“Client” means the person, firm, or corporate body to whom the Employment Agency Introduces a Candidate

Charges - Fees

Emigration fees

Embassy, consulate, visa, and Insurance fees, etc.

Once the candidate has been accepted for his/her preferred job application, there is a one-off fee of £200.00 per candidate. This fee price comprises of taxes, Embassy and Consulate fees.

Other fees may be necessary depending on job status BUT no hidden fees as all fees will be set forward upon job inquiry/application.

The enrolment/service fee of £100.00 must be paid before any employment services can be undertaken.

The arrangement of medical examinations, investigations into the medical history of any Candidate

Check for criminal records, background checks, and other requirements as specified by our clients.

Check all qualifications or permissions required by the law and regulations of the country in which the Candidate is to be engaged to work.

Service Fees

The enrolment/service fee of £100.00 must be paid before any employment services can be undertaken.

Client Obligations

The client agrees that they shall inform the Employment Agency of any information it has that suggests it would be detrimental to the interests of either the Client or the Candidate for the Candidate to work in the position, which the Client seeks to fill.

Client warrants that it shall not, and shall procure that its employees and agents shall not; pass any information concerning a Candidate to any Third Party.

Client acknowledges that it has no right to set off, withhold, or deduct monies from sums due to Employment Agency under or in connection with these Terms.

Termination

These Terms may be terminated by either party by giving to the other immediate notice in the event that either Employment Agency or Client goes into liquidation, becomes bankrupt enters into an arrangement with creditors, or has a receiver or administrator appointed or where Employment Agency has reasonable grounds to believe Client will not pay Employment Agency’s invoice within the payment terms agreed within clause

Data Security

The Naukriworldwide.com application is protected by a firewall and data exchanged between you and the application is encrypted in transit.

We utilize the services of an independent third-party professional certification company to perform penetration testing, to validate our data security policies and practices. See below for more details.
