Cleaner/ Servers in Stockholm / Gothenburg / Malmo, Sweden

Responsibilities:

* Washes dishes by hand or places them on racks to be washed in a machine. Assures cleanliness and sanitation.

* Follows assigned procedures to wash pots, pans, and trays. Assure complete cleanliness and sanitation.

* Polishes the silver with a burnishing machine tumbler or chemical dip. Also, it uses a buffing wheel, hand cloth, and a buffing wheel, depending on the equipment and procedure assigned. 

* Assures cleanliness and sanitation.

* Assures that safety procedures are followed.

* Maintains temperature and chemical levels according to standards provided.

* Maintains an orderly dish area and adheres to safety standards.

* Mop and sweep kitchen floors to comply with safety and sanitation regulations.

* Cleans surfaces such as worktables and walls, refrigerators and meat blocks, etc.

* Place the trash in designated containers after removing it. Garbage cans are cleaned with steam or water.

* Moves equipment and supplies between the storage area and the work area.

* Assist in loading and unloading of supplies and products

* Serve hospital patients with food, snacks, and drinks

* Performs any other duties assigned.

* Full-time schedules. Days can vary from Saturday to Sunday, 6 am - 2:15 pm (or 2.15 pm-10.15 pm).

* Experience: One year of previous experience required.
