Job Description
We are recruiting a laborer to work as directed by the Manager in the day-to-day operation of fish farms. The laborer will not need experience working within the marine industry, as work is basic and easy to learn but needs to be hardworking and a good listener.
The Job Requires the:
- Feeding on the farm.
- Cleaning the ponds.
- Lab and Filamentous Algae Disposal.
- Water exchanging.
- Cleaning of the inlet, Bag net, and outlet.
- Assisting the technicians in executing the day-to-day activities.
- Screening of cast netting and harvesting.
The working hours are set between Monday to Friday (40 per week), with weekend work on a Rota basis, and should also be flexible about overtime. Due to the remote location of the site, the employee will live on-site with all meals included
