Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprentice in Abu Dhabi, UAE

The role of a Heavy Vehicle Technician apprentice:

Will be servicing Heavy Vehicles, working to guidelines of vehicle safety, and being roadworthy ensuring that the vehicle is running to performance.

Maintenance – replacing parts and those that have wear and tear

Repair – diagnosing every aspect of vehicle failure and solving, and fixing the problem

 Daily responsibilities and techniques will include:

• Using diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical tools, and equipment to investigate vehicle faults, and identify all underlying causes.

• Inspect and prepare customers' vehicles ready for roadworthiness.

• Removing repairing or replacing parts, and components to the correct specification.

• Keep a clean workplace environment, working within Health and Safety guidelines.

We want only those people who can demonstrate a willingness to learn to apply for this apprenticeship and want to work in the automotive industry to become experts in this technical field

 Who can demonstrate?

A willingness to learn, have a mechanical interest as no skills are required, we will provide all the training needed for the role,

Must have functional Skills in English & Math’s, be hard working, willing to learn. Will be working 50- 60 hours a week with 1 day off per week.
