Hospital Kitchen Aide in Lisbon / Porto / Braga, Portugal

Job Description:

• How to operate an industrial dishwasher

• Clean and maintain the equipment, sanitize all utensils, and maintain every area of the restaurant.

• Keep kitchen equipment, utensils, or work surfaces clean and in order.

• Cleaning food preparation equipment, areas, or facilities.

• Use proper sanitation and safety procedures

• Store clean dishes, cooking utensils, and utensils in the storage area.

• Empty all garbage receptacles and thoroughly clean them

• Assist the prep cook and other staff members as required, particularly during peak periods, with basic preparation.

• Loading or unloading trucks to deliver or pick up food or supplies.

• Remove any broken glassware or spills immediately.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Communication skills are essential with other team members

• You will learn about the chemicals used in construction and how to use them correctly.

• Ability to work in various temperatures, from warm to very hot.

• Ability to multitask in a teamwork environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
