Hospital Kitchen Worker in Monaco

Essential Responsibilities:

• Respect Policies & Procedures, Principles of Responsibility.

• Assembles all Food and non-food items to be placed on patients' trays, cafeterias, or catering.

• Provide patients with meals, catering, food, and refreshments to the appropriate pantries and meeting rooms.

• Retrieves dishes that have been soiled following meal service and return them to the dish-room.

• Assuring the quality and looks of every food and non-food item. Ensure appropriate storage for food and non-food items by our hygiene standards.

• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains the food carts that deliver meals, tools, work areas, and food service stations.

• Maintain the proper stock levels within the work area, including the filing and taking of inventory and disposal of expired food items.

• Uses effective communication, including phone conversations with doctors, patients, staff, members, vendors, and colleagues.

• Collects & maintains written information, including logs, menus, slips, charts, forms, requisitions, filing & scheduling activities.

• Will provide training and orientation.

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

• Plenty of overtime work hours and lodging are provided, and discounted hospital food in the hospital canteen

Must have 2+ years' work experience.

Experience;

Two years in a food service establishment (e.g., hospital cafeteria, school cafeteria, nursing home-based restaurant) is preferred.
