Hospital/Cleaner/Service Staff in Zurich / Geneva / Basel, Switzerland

Responsibilities

* Keeps all kitchens, tools, dishes, pots, pans, and trays clean.

* Cleans dirty dishes by hand or with a dishwashing machine.

* Ensure the area where you wash your dishes is clean and hygienic.

* Keeps your environment clean and tidy.

* Polishes the silver using a burnishing machine tumbler or a chemical buffing wheel, depending on the equipment and process used.

* All surfaces must be clean and safe. And check for compliance with safety guidelines.

* Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to the standards provided.

* Maintains the cleanliness of the dish area and adheres to the safety guidelines.

* Mop and sweep the kitchen floor to ensure it complies with safety and sanitation standards.

* Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.

* Puts the garbage in designated containers. Garbage bins are cleaned with steam or by hoses.

* Moves supplies and equipment between the storage area and the work area.

* Assists with loading and unloading of products and supplies.

* Performs additional tasks as assigned

Meals and uniforms are provided free of charge during working hours. Laundry services for uniforms are free of charge.

The candidate should be able to perform the position's main duties successfully.
