Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai, UAE

Job Details:

• Observe the competence of the housekeeping staff team and offer coaching, support as well as training as needed.
• Oversee the cleaning of guest bathrooms, bedrooms, or floor corridors and restock amenities based on day-to-day operational needs.
• Always maintain the security and privacy of guest rooms, resolve guest complaints ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and file all laundry summaries and housekeeping daily room reports.

Job Qualification- Experience:

• Should desirably hold a Diploma in a relevant discipline or at least 1 year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or its equivalent.
• Need to have planning and organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have good leadership and managerial skills to effectively manage and supervise a team.
