Indian Cook in Oslo / Bergen / Trondheim, Norway

Essential Duties and Responsibility:

* Prepares food products of high quality according to standard recipes and instructions to meet production, service, and delivery schedules.

* Prepares food for delivery or serves meals by following the guidelines, using correct portions, and ensuring it is attractive and delicious at the right temperature. Tastes prepared food for perfection.

* Follows the established procedures for collecting tickets during service. Responsible for maintaining records of the area covered during service.

* Maintains high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen following preparation and service. Store or dispose of excess food according to safe food handling procedures.

* Maintains fridges and storage rooms clean and tidy. Assures that food and supplies are stored according to standards.

* Maintains and operates kitchen equipment according to instructions.

* Assists with production planning, recording, and reporting when required.

* Order and receive all necessary food and supplies.

* Immediately notify the supervisor of any equipment failures, maintenance issues, or accidents.

* Attends safety and in-service meetings.

* Maintains good relationships with colleagues, customers, managers, and administrators.

* Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

* Performs any other duties assigned.

Select locations offer free meals, uniforms, and laundry services. Certain locations offer shared accommodation with existing employees.

Eight-hour shifts six days a week, with lots of overtime.

The visa and all paperwork are required to allow candidates with the desired qualifications to meet immigration requirements.
