Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist for a 5* luxury hotel based in UAE, Dubai, as a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional professional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a pleasant experience.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Front Office Manager, all essential job functions include but are not limited to the following.
  • Be able to provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction from arrival till departure.
  • To study and maintain knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, and attractions, and provide this information to guests and respond to guest queries.
  • Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Process accounts from check-in to checkout, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems.
  • Maintain complete privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
  • Work with housekeeping to keep hotel standards of our hotel to a high standard and address all complaints and inquiries of guests as promptly as possible.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.

 

Requirements:

  • Customer-related experience required with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Be committed to delivering a high level of customer service and good personal grooming standards.
  • Be able to respond to a variety of different work situations and to work on your own or as part of a team.

 

Skills Required

Outlook, Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) with a good command of spoken and written English

 

Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 2,800 monthly, accommodation, transportation, annual 30 days paid Leave, employment visa, flight tickets, and medical insurance will be provided.
