Swimming Pool / Gym Attendant in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.
• You’ll need to acquire knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer any guest inquiries.
• Answer all guest requests and complaints, try to resolve issues immediately, and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction.
• Identify and report defects throughout the pool/gym areas, and notify the concerned departments immediately of hazards, injuries, or equipment.
• To make sure the swimming pool/gym area is always clean, safety standards are maintained throughout, and daily checks are performed before opening times.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, gym, and all facilities associated.
• Keep up to date the pool, gym safety standards, training, and documentation to ensure the overall safety of guests. 
• Ensure the pool deck and gym are clean and tidy with all furniture in its correct place when setting up in the morning.

Prerequisites:

• Must have a good understanding of the English language. CPR and First Aide Certified will be an advantage. 
• Need to be hard working with excellent customer service skills and be ready to work varied shifts Need to have previous working experience in the hotel industry as a pool/gym attendant. 
• Must have training in resuscitation and first aid, CPR/PR techniques.
• High School diploma or equivalent with basic computer knowledge
• Leave with airline ticketing provided after 15 months of duty at the hotel.
