Technical Program Manager in Sharjah, UAE

Work closely with operations teams to build and deliver the next generation of operator tools, retrieve and analyse data, and establish key business metrics to measure product success.

Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills- Ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve with entrepreneurial thinking, with the tenacity to develop ideas. 

Proven track record of delivering projects within time, budget, and quality, with the ability to work independently to drive projects to completion.

Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity- managing execution and high-quality product delivery.

Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects and software development in programming languages preferred. 

•  Skills:
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills with an understanding of data structures and algorithms, knowledge of the Java programming language with relational databases (preferably Oracle), and Object/Relational frameworks.
• Understanding and experience with software design patterns, J2EE components (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and XML and enterprise integration patterns & protocols, including SOAP, REST, JMS, and EDI. 
• Should be able to write SQL queries, have implementation skills such as requirements/process analysis, conceptual-detailed design, configuration, and testing, training, change management, support. 
• Should have the ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.
